Linda Busse is the sole owner and owns the copyright to all artwork shown on this site.  People buying and owning Horse Art Ink stamps may make and sell cards and other creative artwork made with the stamps, if they place “Art by Horse Art Ink” on the card or artwork to be sold.
 
       On all animal portraits, Linda Busse retains the copyright to all of her works and, therefore, has the right to reproduce the images at any time in any form for any purpose, including posters, note cards, books, prints, web sites and advertisement of any kind.  Use of the animal portraits by anyone other than Linda Busse for any reason is prohibited, unless permission is given by the artist in writing.
